Ohana Wellness and Yoga present Buti Yoga!!!

Karen Peterson from Blissed Out Yoga and Fitness has offered to share Buti Yoga with us! She is Naked Truth Trained and one of the Oxygen New West Family. Karen is an Empowering Warrior and has discovered the freeing that Buti Yoga provides and she is thrilled to share this experience with us!
Every aspect of Buti is intentional. Every spiral strengthens the core from the inner layer that protects the spine. Every pulse engages muscles to burn out and maximize results. Every shake releases lactic acid build up to reduce muscle tightness. This is why we say “sweat with intention.” We don’t show up on the mat to burn some calories. We connect with our bodies, with the earth, and with our fellow humans while getting strong af (physically AND mentally) in the process.
Buti is a combination of tribal dance, native footwork, plyometrics, cardio sprints and yoga. This is going to be a powerful 2 hours.
Karen will be at Oxygen Yoga and Fitness New Westminster on June 29. The class will be from 1:30 – 3:30. Karen will be spending 30 minutes teaching us about Buti Yoga and spinal structure and then leading a 90 minute chakra release class! All of this for only $20!
