Ohana in the Hawaiian language means family, but much more than that, it can mean neighbours, community, or any group of people that share care and interaction.
At Ohana we believe that we heal and find wellness in relationship and community. We would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey to wellness and become a member of your support ohana.
Our aim is to provide healing experience that best meets your needs. Opportunities to experience healing are offered through therapeutic private counselling, private healing yoga sessions, group yoga healing sessions, Mindfulness Therapeutic groups, or any combination of these.

We sometimes find ourselves lacking in the opportunity to experience joy, creativity, meaning, and connection in our lives. At Ohana, we support the exploration of what it is that may be preventing us from being the people we want to be and healing in a way that allows us to have these experiences.
As narrative therapists, at Ohana we believe that there is sometimes something blocking the path on your journey to wellness and it is our desire to aid in the identification of that obstacle with the intention of bearing witness to the re-authoring of your story without that obstacle preventing you from moving forward in your life.
We believe that you are the expert in your own healing and wellness but recognize that sense of agency, how much we feel in control, is defined by our relationship with our bodies and its rhythms. For this reason, we also combine mindfulness and relaxing yoga practice with narrative therapy, internal family systems therapy, and EMDR in order to more fully support your journey.
